Descripción y detalle de las actividadesAs a customer service lead, you will be responsible to provide a status of customer orders on timely manner to achieve OTS and TAT company goals.Identify and assess capacity constraints to anticipate bottle necks by providing insightful data analysis and recommendations to sales team, update and share relevant information to stakeholders focus on improving customer service levels.What you will do :Effectively communication with the external stakeholders on customer orders statusResponsible to meet the KPI for planning such OTS & TAT metricsMaintain excellent communication and working relationship with all departments within the company to ensure transparency on priorities and or sales team & Customer care requirementsProvide clear commitment dates to customers when requiredEscalate any challenge to commit customer expectations and provide recommendationsResponsible to identify and provide status for any past due orderCommunicate in advance any challenge to meet customer need datesFollow up to critical orders and prioritize requested by stakeholderFollow up material shortages to fulfill customer ordersExperiencia y requisitosWhat we need from you :Being able to work as a team and be organized to follow up on customer needs in a timely and efficient manner.Experience & SkillsFluent English speakerCollege degree or equivalent experience1-5 years Customer service, production control or Planning areas experienceStrong computer skills in Microsoft Office and Excel requiredPrevious manufacturing industry experience with strong working knowledge of ERP requiredStrong leadership, motivational, and team building skills requiredAbility to quickly analyze and solve complex problems requiredBeneficiosBeneficios de acuerdo a la LFTcomedorfondo de ahorrotransporteservicios médicos en plantaNúmero de vacantes 1Área PlaneaciónContrato PermanenteModalidad PresencialTurno DiurnoJornada Tiempo CompletoEstudios Carrera trunca o en cursoInglés Hablado : Avanzado, Escrito : AvanzadoDisponibilidad p.viajar No #J-18808-Ljbffr
