Estamos en busca de una Supervisora de Member Service para unirse a nuestro equipo. En esta posición, serás responsable de supervisar y dirigir a un equipo de expertos en atención al cliente, garantizando una experiência inigualable para nuestros miembros. Tu rol implicará la supervisión diaria de las operaciones de atención al cliente, la resolución de problemas complejos y la gestión de expectativas de nuestros miembros más exclusivos. Deberás contar con habilidades de liderazgo para motivar y desarrollar a tu equipo, asegurando que cada interacción con nuestros miembros refleje la excelencia que caracteriza a INFINITY LUXURY TRAVEL CLUB. Se requiere experiencia previa en roles de liderazgo en el sector de viajes o servicios de lujo, así como una sólida comprensión de las necesidades y expectativas de una clientela exigente. Tu capacidad para comunicarse de manera efectiva y tu orientación al detalle serán claves para el éxito en este puesto.
