Ensure accurate control and traceability of all temporarily imported materials under the IMMEX program, maintaining proper registration of their entry, use in production, and return/export to comply with customs and trade compliance requirements. Responsibilities Manage Bill of Materials (BOM) for products involving temporary imports. Maintain accurate control of SKU numbers with different countries of origin. Manage customs broker inventory to ensure proper alignment with Annex 24. Download and process invoices, applying manual adjustments when necessary to correctly reflect the country of origin in each export. Support the Trade Compliance Coordinator with audits, reconciliations, and documentation updates related to import/export activities. Profile The ideal candidate demonstrates core values such as respect, responsibility, commitment, honesty, integrity, and discipline. Knowledge / Experience Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Customs, or a related field. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. Minimum 1 year of experience in a related position; 2 years preferred with proven results in import/export operations. Skills and Abilities English proficiency (intermediate level or higher). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure. Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
