We are seeking a committed and motivated individual to join our remote team as a Tier 1 Customer Support Agent. In this position, you will serve as the initial point of contact for our users, managing their inquiries through both email and phone channels. Your main duties will involve addressing user issues, offering precise information, and ensuring an excellent client experience.
