The role

The main purpose of the role is to lead Sales and Marketing Program in Americas and other sales excellence projects in Americas. Some responsabilities:

  • Drive, via structured project management, transformation and implementation commercial processes which support and develop the current and future state business objectives.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations. Understanding of sales, value selling methodologies, coaching and sales efficiency with a strong affinity for continuous improvement.
  • Achieve operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards
  • Responsible for training of global and local sales training programs on sales behaviors (e.g. value selling) and tools (e.g. new CRM releases or Analytics/Power BI)

You will be successful if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing or similar. Nice to have: Bachelor or Master of Business, Sales and Marketing or similar. MBA desirable, with preferred focus on commercial multi-channel sales strategies. * Consultancy background.* value selling methodologies (Challenger Sale, MEDDIC...) * CRM .
  • 7 years of experience leading Sales and/or Marketing programs/department ideally in manufacturing industry. (For instance: Building materials, Civil engineering, Water Cycle, Stormwater and wastewater drainage).
  • Excellent Spanish and English communications skills both verbally and writing (part of our interview will be in English). Portuguese is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking, good listener. while hard working operational team member. Familiar with working in a global, international matrix organization. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work in small and large groups and all levels of the organization.
  • The candidate could be located in any country in Latam where we have legal entity
