At Factorial we are in search of a Sales Account Executive for the DACH Markets .

Factorial focuses on potential and growth, so we assess all seniority levels; Junior, Mid & Senior , as we understand diversity and teamwork are crucial for success

The Role

  • Develop and maintain strong, influential business relationships with prospects
  • Formulate effective account plans and strategies to surpass your goals
  • Engage in high-level negotiations with C-Level Executives on a regular basis
  • Utilize consultative selling techniques creatively to guide prospects through the sales process
  • Offer accurate forecasts of activities and revenue achievement
  • Collaborate daily with internal teams including SDRs, Product, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Senior Leadership
  • Effectively present the product, guide and assist potential clients in their decision-making process throughout the sales cycle towards a successful close
  • Contribute to the DACH Market Expansion at Factorial, assisting in landscape understanding, developing new strategies, and establishing Factorial as the leading solution

Your Profile

  • Proficient in German and English
  • Previous Sales Experience; Experience in Customer Satisfaction, Project Management and related fields is highly regarded as this could be your opportunity to kickstart your Sales career with us
  • Tech-savvy with a natural enthusiasm for digital innovation .
  • Connect & Share : Networking comes naturally to you, both with customers and internally. Active listening and strong presentation skills are key, along with the ability to craft relevant, strategic messages based on customer insights
  • Driven by Success : We value data, trends, and objectives, and we expect you to adopt a similarly data-driven approach in achieving your sales targets
  • Strategic Thinker : Experience in forecasting, pipeline management, and excellent communication skills are essential

  • Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Enthusiastic about actively contributing to ongoing enhancements and evolution within the company
