Job Details:

  • This role involves providing advanced technical and functional support for Infrastructure applications and Tyson business systems for end-users.
  • Responsibilities include supporting strategic business initiatives, understanding business process support needs, developing and implementing business applications, providing technical support in a networked environment, and more.

Additional responsibilities:

  • Documenting activities through the support center call-tracking tool, creating technical manuals, interpreting reports, resolving software errors, providing status reports, and more.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Finance.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Information Systems or related area.
  • On-the-job SAP experience, specifically in FI-CO.

Role Specific Skills:

  • Understanding business process design, working with a System Development Lifecycle Methodology, communicating technical information effectively, problem-solving, and more.

Communication Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Travel:

Some travel may be necessary based on project requirements.
