About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Business Solutions Analyst to join our team at Tyson Foods. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement through strategic analysis and technology implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic business analysis to drive capability development within each technology pillar and measure success by identifying contribution towards strategic objectives.
  • Partner with stakeholder teams across business units (e.g. marketing, sales, trade, finance) to document necessary business cases to frame opportunities, benefits, and risks to decide on a course of action.
  • Serve as the bridge between business problems and technology solutions by bringing a high proficiency to understand and capture complete business needs to enable effective IT solutions.
  • Manage customer relationships, expectations and stay current with stakeholder needs and strategies by developing a communication process utilizing formal and informal written communication methods to communicate updates and findings and facilitating project meetings and presentations to all types of diverse audiences.
  • Cultivate strong business relationships by demonstrating an understanding of needs, related processes, requirements, systems and terminology which lead to gaining rapport and trust.
  • Liaison and collaborate between key stakeholders and IT shared services on support and maintenance related activities to ensure quality of systems.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or information management.
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in, or working closely with, Information Systems or related area with proven experience facilitating technology-based project work.
  • Functional knowledge of SAP HANA, GCP, PowerBI or related technologies and relation to multiple functional areas, including, but not limited to CRM pipeline reporting, Operations, eCommerce performance, etc...
  • 4+ years of experience in gathering, documenting, and validating business and functional requirements with multiple stakeholders.
  • Computer skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of agile management software and processes within Jira or similar.
  • Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to tell the 'story.' Experience communicating technical information to stakeholders, peers, management and non-technical team members. Experience translating functional requirements to highly technical team members.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively across the team with a growth mindset propensity towards action and learning.
  • Ability to work independently and set priorities based on key milestones, impact to strategic initiatives, and high-level direction of management.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a high-paced environment.
  • Ability to process individual and team performance retrospectively, synthesize lessons learned, and apply new behaviors toward more successful outcomes.
Preferred Skills
  • 2+ years of business process modeling experience preferred.
  • 2+ years of technical writing experience preferred.
  • Understand SAP, or other ERP systems, and how to derive analytics views (facts/dimensions) to support multiple reporting use cases.
  • Experience with CRM capabilities such as SugarCRM, Salesforce, etc...
  • Experience with marketing analytics platforms, such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
  • Basic knowledge of Jira, Micro Focus ALM, Clarity, ServiceNow or similar.
