- Mantiene un enlace entre producción y control de calidad a través del monitoreo de los controles de proceso establecidos en su Inspección de proceso, utilizando para ello las instrucciones de inspección correspondientes al área bajo su responsabilidad.

Es responsable del llenado correcto de los registros derivados de la Inspección de Proceso y Viajero de Producción en las secciones que competan a su responsabilidad.
- Mantiene un enlace entre producción y control de calidad a través de la verificación de las características del producto durante la liberación de Primera Pieza e Inspección Final de Calidad, utilizando para ello las instrucciones de inspección correspondientes al área bajo su responsabilidad.
Es responsable del llenado correcto de los registros derivados de la Liberación de Primera Pieza, Inspección Final de Calidad y Viajero de Producción en las secciones que competan a su responsabilidad.
Utiliza de forma adecuada todo el equipo asignado para el monitoreo y verificación del proceso y producto, el cual podrá no estar limitado a:- Vernier, Micrómetro, Comparador Óptico, Pin Gauges, Equipo de prueba eléctrica como Puentes de resistencia, equipo de alto voltaje, Analizador de inductancia, pirómetro, etc.
- Es responsable de tomar, identificar y entregar a su líder, las muestras de soldadura de los crisoles que le son asignados, de acuerdo a la frecuencia especificada en el Procedimiento para el manejo y control del Material y Producto No Conforme PR-QA-04.
- Es responsable de identificar, segregar y contener el material y/o producto que detecte como "No conformante" durante sus inspecciones de proceso, Inspección de Primera Pieza o Inspección Final.
- Es responsable de completar la papelería de calidad requerida para el lote aceptado como puede ser: Certificado de Conformidad, Registro de mediciones entre otros, cuando la información requerida para el llenado de la misma este completamente contenida en el Registro Viajero de producción.
Para papelería que requiriera datos no contenidos en el Registro viajero de producción, tiene la responsabilidad de informar al Líder de Calidad para que el registro sea completado por o con la ayuda de él.
Es responsable de asegurar el envío de la papelería requerida con el lote aceptado cuando así sea especificado por el cliente.
- Es responsable de mantener la base de datos de Calidad Solca XP actualizada y sin problemas por omisiones u errores de captura.
- Es responsable de mantener su estación de calidad y/o área de trabajo limpia y organizada, así como de salvaguardar los sellos de inspección, herramientas y equipo de medición que le sean asignados.
