Job Description

We are now looking for a meticulous Digital Marketing Specialist, Paid Search, to join our Performance Marketing team. You will be responsible for executing our paid search strategy, focusing on improving marketing ROI and increasing leads and revenue from paid search campaigns. This is a great opportunity to work with a team of skilled performance marketers experienced in running global campaigns for various products and audiences in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and analytical. You should be eager to tackle the challenge of optimizing our paid search program as part of a global Performance Marketing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize search campaigns hands-on
  • Handle daily campaign bid management and execute tactics across different search engines to surpass goals and maximize ad spend ROI
  • Collaborate with regional teams to tailor campaigns to local contexts and enhance relevance
  • Support new product launches and promotions through fresh copy and messaging
  • Monitor budgets and pacing regularly to achieve key metrics, KPI goals, and ROI targets

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to foresee issues before they escalate
  • Self-motivated individual with a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF)
  • Excellent quantitative skills and the capability to analyze data for data-driven decisions
  • Effective communication of results, key findings, and areas of improvement
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize effectively
  • Quick learner when it comes to new technologies, tools, and processes
  • Knowledge of search engine marketing, bidding strategies, and A/B testing is advantageous
  • BA/BS degree required

Please note that candidates must be located in Mexico City (CDMX) or Mexico State (Estado de Mexico) for this position.
