Currently we are looking for our next: Total Rewards Manager

Which is the main objective of this role?


Planning, develop, innovate and implement (With support of TR Ops) new and revised local compensation & benefits programs, policies, material for HRBP's / Clients, evolve to "Next Level" Employee Experience and procedures to align with the PMF's goals and competitive practices, also aligned to Sector / Global parameters.

This position is also responsible for ensuring that programs are consistently administered in compliance with internal policies.

The position will be the point person of TR PMF with HRBPs / Clients for Compensation & Benefits requirements them, to solve together with TR Ops.


Qualifications:

What will you be doing?

  • Design, analyze and generate compensation analytics for monitoring and decision making for TR and HRBPs.
  • Design and update the local TR strategy according to LATAM guidelines.
  • Support CoE LATAM in Pay Equity processes.
  • Analyze and update compensation policies to ensure competitiveness in the market.
  • Analyze and evaluate our compensation package vs. market.
  • Deploy communication and process to HRBPs and FP clients.
  • Review and execute Focal Point's internal PMF process together with HRBPs and TR Ops.
  • Run adjustment scenarios to Budget for final results of Focal Point.
  • Analyze and solve adhoc compensation requests.
  • Validate, support HRBPs and send job evaluations.
  • Support Annual Salary Planning (Validate match, peer group, priorities) according to TR Ops request.
  • Design and execute training for HRBPs.
  • Participate in local surveys and forums.
  • Design function material for HRBPs and clients (Manuals, guides, processes, trainings, etc) for Compensation & Benefits.
  • Support TR communication strategy.
  • Support and follow up with TR Ops for benefits (for example Major Medical Insurance, Life Insurance, etc) for a solution to HRBPs / Clients.
  • Design, follow up and support the execution of a new communication strategy (together with TR Ops) for the compensation & benefits package.
  • Design and reinforce communication and strategy to increase employee participation in our wellness programs.
  • Analyze indicators of program participation provided by TR Ops, with which actions can be taken.
  • Design, implement and monitor (together with CoE and TR Ops) of Flexible Benefits.
  • Design new proposals for benefits & wellness programs to stay very competitive in the market.
  • Define solutions to special Auto requests, according to policy and supported with TR Ops.
  • Continue to help in transition to 3Box Model
