As
Lead Prep Coordinator **you will be the planning of new programs, distribution of the Lay-out, the coordination of the Lead prep engineering group, ensuring the correct implementation of the workstations complying with the requirements established by the company, coordinating engineering changes, ensuring compliance within the department with the official standards of IATF and ISO as well as coordinating and updating the PFMEA.


YOUR TASK WILL BE

  • Obtains, analyzes, and provides the technical information required to start new programs within the plant.
  • Leads a group of process engineers in lead prep area (cutting and processes)
  • Responsible for ensuring the correct distribution of machinery, equipment and workstations through a LAY-OUT
  • Analyzes necessary equipment for new programs with the engineering group in charge.
  • Responsible for requiring Tooling and equipment in coordination with central engineering department.
  • Coordination of Engineers under your responsibility for the design of safe and ergonomic workstations.
  • Coordinates compliance with required studies, such as USCAR38, USCAR45 and USCAR2
  • Responsible for defining the distribution of operating personnel within the area through a process sheet.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED

  • Education Industrial Engineering, Mechatronic or any related field.
- +3 years of experience in lead prep area (cutting & process).

  • Personal management.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • English desirable.
