REQUERIMIENTOS

  • Licenciatura concluida en Negocios, Relaciones Internacionales, Mercadotecnia, Comunicación o afín.
  • 2 añosde Experiência previa en marketing, promociones, ventas o roles similares.
  • Conocimiento avanzado de diseño gráfico y herramientas de edición de contenido.
  • Certificaciones, cursos o diplomados: en Marketing, Diseño.
  • Dominio del idioma inglés: Mínimo al 50%
  • Cartera propia para crear alianzas o ventas: Restaurantes, hoteles, mezcalerías, agencias de viajes, clientes potenciales

RESPONSABILIDADES DE LA POSICIÓN

  • Identificar segmentos de mercado relevantes y desarrollar estrategias y campañas físicas y digitales de marketing dirigidas a ellos.
  • Planificar, coordinar eventos y actividades para atraer clientes potenciales y promover el cierre de venta de los productos del proyecto.
  • Creación de alianzas comerciales que le aporten respaldo y beneficios al proyecto.
  • Establecer y mantener relaciones con clientes potenciales y proveedores, actuando como punto de contacto principal.
  • Crear y distribuir contenido físico y digital atractivo (como información sobre la empresa, publicaciones de blog, infográficos, imágenes y videos) para promover la marca y los proyectos y fomentar la venta de los mismos.
  • Monitorear y analizar el desempeño de las campañas y eventos, ajustando la estrategia según sea necesario.
  • Colaborar con el equipo de marketing y ventas para garantizar la integración y efectividad de las acciones de marketing.
  • Agendar reuniones con las áreas necesarias para que todo se realice en tiempo y forma.
  • Supervisar la identidad visual y verbal de la marca.
  • Asegurar que todos los materiales de marketing y comunicaciones cumplan con los estándares del proyecto.
  • Utilizar datos y tendencias para adaptar estrategias de marca según sea necesario.
  • Administrar eficientemente el presupuesto asignado para actividades de marketing y branding.
  • Establecer KPIs para evaluar el desempeño de la marca.

COMPETENCIAS Y HABILIDADES

  • Capacidad para trabajar en entornos dinámicos y multitareas, con habilidades para gestionar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente.
  • Conocimientos en el sector de inversión y proyectos, lo que permite comprender las necesidades y expectativas de los clientes potenciales.
  • Habilidades para analizar y evaluar oportunidades de negocio y desarrollar estrategias de marketing efectivas.
  • Interés en el seguimiento de las tendencias y desarrollos en el campo del marketing y la inversión, con capacidad para adaptarse a cambios en el mercado.
  • Experiência previa en roles de marketing, ventas
  • Habilidades comunicativas sólidas y capacidad para trabajar en entornos de alta presión.
  • Pasión por el desarrollo de proyectos, así como interés en el mercado de inversiones.
  • Experiência en logro de objetivos, manejo de KPI ́s, cierre de ventas, manejo de CRM y venta de intangibles.

HORARIO LABORAL:
Lunes a Viernes de 10:00 am a 7:00 pm con posibilidad de trabajar sábados en caso que la actividad lo demande (eventos, activaciones, reuniones, etc.)

Sistema Híbrido ( asistir a oficina al menos 2 veces al mes)
