l Conocimientos multifuncionales bien versados en la configuración de SAP. Las principales fortalezas residen en el módulo de Ventas y Distribución, aunque tiene mucho conocimiento de otros módulos, especialmente los puntos clave de integración (PP, EWM, MM y TM).
l Experiencia en todos los aspectos de SD, incluida la definición y asignación de estructura empresarial, datos maestros, preventas y procesamiento de órdenes de venta.
l Configuración e implementación del proceso SAP LE, cubriendo la gama completa de funcionalidades como carga de datos maestros.
l Excelente conocimiento de procesos y pruebas de toda la gestión de pedidos, logística de entrada, logística de salida y gestión de facturación.
l Experiencia en análisis de requisitos, mapeo de procesos, diseño de planos comerciales, configuración, pruebas de integración, capacitación de usuarios y soporte posterior a la implementación.
l Experiencia en la definición de procesos de negocios complejos que abarcan diferentes sistemas SAP y aplicaciones en la nube.
l Adecuado conocimiento posterior a la implementación/soporte GO-Live.
l Sólida experiencia en probar la solución SAP SD después de la corrección de errores con soporte de aplicaciones y brindar comentarios del equipo de soporte de la tienda al equipo de soluciones en el sitio.
l Capacidad para comunicar información altamente técnica a partes interesadas tanto técnicas como no técnicas.
l Experiencia en monitorear trabajos por lotes y proporcionar análisis de causa raíz de los problemas.
l Experiencia en el manejo de tickets de alta prioridad, incluidos múltiples interesados y administradores de incidentes.
l Inglés conversacional fluido indispensable
