Proporcionar información con cliente interno y externo a fin de lograr el cumplimiento a los requerimientos de producto terminado a clientes.

EXPERIENCIA CON CLIENTE STELLANTIS:
- Analiza y comparte requerimientos de cliente hacia el departamento para su programación.
- Asegurar material de producción para embarque de clientes.
- Conocimiento de los números de parte de los diferentes clientes.
- Relación directa con los Clientes.
- Planea la mejor forma de cumplir con los programas de producción y embarques en tiempo, calidad, seguridad y costo.
- Coordina los movimientos internos de materiales de proceso y producto terminado.
- Analiza las variaciones en los requerimientos diarios de los clientes.
- Implementación de planes de contingencia para cumplir con los programas de entrega a los clientes.
- Recopilación de información de entregas diarias a clientes.
- Llevar a cabo acciones correctivas cuando sea necesario con un fuerte énfasis en identificar la causa raíz e implementar las acciones correctivas correspondientes
- Coordina la elaboración de toda la documentación necesaria para los embarques.
- Participar en las Auditorias de IATF 16949 cuando sea necesario
- Responde los Tickets/Reclamos de cliente en tiempo y forma
- Proporcionar un alto nível de Servicio al Cliente para el envío de materiales.
- Atender y dar seguimiento a los reportes relacionado con el Sistema de Administración Ambiental (SAA)
- Conocer y/o entrenar el manual logístico de los clientes asignados
- Respetar las Normas de Seguridad para prevenir accidentes y/o siniestros.
- Cumplir y aplicar la Política Ambiental en las funciones diarias del área.
- Participar en el mejoramiento del desempeño ambiental de la Empresa y fortalecer la conciencia Ecológica y de Seguridad.
- Tener en orden y limpia el Área de trabajo.
- Cumplir la Normativa CTPAT.
Habilidades y Conocimientos Requeridos:
- Familiarizado con MRP
- Experiência en aplicaciones Microsoft Office como Excel, Word y PowerPoint.
- Uso de Aplicaciones de los clientes que le sean designados
- Aseguramiento de cumplimiento al Sistema de Gestión Ambiental respetando las Normas de Seguridad para la prevención de accidentes y/o siniestros aplicándola en las funciones diarias.
- Conocimiento de la Norma ISO 14001 e IATF16949 que aplican en la Empresa y/o área.
