_Mindshare Head of Investment_

  • Como Head of Investment, trabajarás en estrecha colaboración con el mercado local para realizar un seguimiento del rendimiento de las compras y optimizar la entrega de valor al negocio del cliente, además de brindarles a nuestros clientes información y contexto comercial de forma continua._
  • Deberás trabajar de manera multifuncional con equipos internos, incluidos strategy, planning, finance, operations, traffic,_ _etc., para proporcionar flujos de trabajo fluidos. Deberás gestionar las relaciones clave con el equipo directivo de Mindshare._

_Rol_

  • Conoce cada una de las líneas de ingreso de Trading del P&L, busca el cumplimiento de los objetivos de la agencia y cuentas y elabora estrategias para impulsar los productos propios._

_Negocio: _
- _Recibe inputs constantemente del Director de Investment, accionando guidelines de negocio, alinea con los Directores de agencia riesgos y oportunidades para compartir en juntas comerciales a equipos de producto._
- _Identifica riesgos u oportunidades de ingresos, desarrolla plan de acción de mitigación y presenta en junta comercial semanal indicando y reportando necesidades y avance._
- _Entiende y hace cumplir los objetivos de trading regionales y locales asegurando la integración y conocimiento del producto GroupM para incrementar la penetración entre cuentas_
- _Detecta oportunidades de negocio para mejorar el resultado de la agencia._
- _Identifica oportunidades en el media mix de cada cuenta para limitar el crecimiento de inversión en long tail e impulsa el uso de medios gold & silver._
- _Desarrolla reportes necesarios para dar reporte de situación de negocio a Directores de Agencia, COO y CEO._
- _Reportando Directamente al Director de Investment._

_Medios_

  • Relación comercial con medios que permita acompañar, prioriza e impulsar para orientar lo necesario entre las cuentas _
- _Alinea con el Director de Investment y COO la estrategia de negociación de clientes de la Agencia, desarrolla y presenta a Directores el documento para accionar soporte y seguimiento en cada cuenta. (en especial TVA, TVP y Digital)_
- _Constante comunicación con los Gold para detectar oportunidades_

Producto_**- _Dominio de producto de GroupM _así_ como el modelo de negocio de cada uno que le permita identificar oportunidades cuenta a cuenta.

- _Acciona conforme a proceso la implementación de producto de inventario_ _en conjunto con los equipos de cuentas y de Investment._
- _Detecta oportunidades en los modelos de compensación de clientes para diseñar estrategia para incrementar penetración de producto_

- _Conocimiento del modelo compensación de cliente, soporte y apoyo a equipos de cuentas para elaborar benchmarking y diseñar la recomendación de estrategias de negociación_ _para clientes._
- _Controla y asegura la entrega de compromisos adquiridos en los contratos de clientes, tales como optimizaciones, ahorros, MVDs etc._

Herramientas_**- _Conocimiento que le permita impulsar el aprovechamiento de herramientas, asegurando el uso que respalde entregables y recomendación a clientes, integrando los productos de GroupM _

- _Entendimiento de las estrategias de precios de clientes, históricos, limitantes, impactos, uso de formatos, goodies y comparativos. Provee y establece recomendaciones y orienta a los equipos de cuentas._
- _Elabora las propuestas de pricing en los pitches._
- _Benchmark por medio y cuenta_

  • Escolaridad: Licenciatura afín.
