Objective
You will help the development of the skills of the workers, promoting the culture of knowledge through an open and flexible approach, you will facilitate the process of continuous evaluation and you will promote the commitment of the employees with the achievement of the goals.
Requisitos:
Responsibilities:
- Writing job descriptions.
Track hiring KPIs such as source of hire and time to hire.
Participate in HR events such as career days, job fairs and internal hiring events.
- Who are you?
Degree on Psychology, Admininstration or similar
3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably experience in manufacture, production or automotive sector
