The Role

We are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to support our Pharmaceutical client in Mexico for their early career hiring in LATAM and the US. The successful candidate will work from our office one day a week and participate in special events held at our office from time to time.

For our esteemed client from the pharmaceutical industry, we are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator who will implement coordination tasks related to recruiting.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a large Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) project with a renowned Life Science company.

Key Accountabilities

  • Manage various administration activities to support the effective running of the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate on or complete daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports accurately as required within set deadlines.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships between all parties, including recruiters, hiring managers, vendors, and other account stakeholders.
  • Ensure stakeholders are continually appraised and updated on relevant processes.
  • Manage day-to-day queries related to their area of responsibility, ensuring all are dealt with effectively and timely, and escalated where necessary.
  • Participate in continuous improvement implementation within the immediate team.

Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Bilingual skills in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus).
  • 1-3 years of experience as a client-facing Recruitment Coordinator or Sourcing Coordinator.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Effective English business communication skills, written and oral, plus any client-specific languages as required.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft packages, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
