COORDINADOR DE SERVICIO POST VENTA- FORANEOS
El Coordinador de Operaciones será responsable de supervisar y coordinar las actividades operativas diarias del equipo, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad y eficiencia en la prestación de servicios.

Contaremos contigo para las siguientes responsabilidades**:
- Supervisar las operaciones diarias del equipo de operaciones, incluyendo la gestión de la carga de trabajo, asignación de tareas y seguimiento de los plazos de entrega.
- Brindar orientación y apoyo al equipo, fomentando un ambiente de trabajo colaborativo y motivador.
- Realizar seguimiento y análisis de los indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPIs) para evaluar el desempeño operativo y proponer mejoras.
- Colaborar con otros departamentos internos y proveedores externos para asegurar una comunicación efectiva y una coordinación eficiente en la ejecución de las operaciones.
- Identificar oportunidades de mejora en los procesos operativos y participar en la implementación de soluciones para optimizar la eficiencia y reducir los costos.
- Mantenerse actualizado sobre las últimas tendencias y regulaciones del sector asegurador, y asegurar el cumplimiento de las normativas.
- Participar en la selección, entrenamiento y desarrollo del personal del equipo, proporcionando retroalimentación constructiva y facilitando su crecimiento profesional.
- Realizar informes periódicos de las actividades operativas, presentando los resultados y recomendaciones a la gerencia.
Requisitos:
- Título universitario en Administración de Empresas, Finanzas, Economía o campo relacionado.
- Conocimiento en productos y servicios de seguros
- Experiência de gestión de emisiones, implementaciones, siniestros, cobranza de cuentas.
- Habilidades sólidas de liderazgo y capacidad para gestionar y motivar equipos.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita.
- Capacidad para analizar datos y utilizar herramientas para generar informes y presentaciones.
