  • Reporting to the Facilities Manager, Jr Project Specialist role involves_.

_ will be responsible for managing projects of low-medium complexity in order to meet the performance indicators (cost, delivery, quality, etc) of a specific organization.

_

What a typical day looks like:

  • _ Preparation of collection files for cafeteria and transportation services, energy, and information technology, as presented by the Services team, to transfer the information to financial policies and charge operations._
- _ Billing requirements, collection from Intercos and Tenants in GDLN, both rents and services._
- _ Payment procedures, preparation of check requisitions, and follow-up on payments._
- _ Activation and depuration of badges to collect services of suppliers and tenants for contracted services at Guadalajara._
- _ Support in inquiries of receipts in late payment invoices to suppliers in the ERP (Baan) system._
- _ Support for clarifications on what is invoiced, both to Intercos and tenants, at the end of the month, or when required._
- _ Attention to Tenants, jobs, quotes, visits to tenants in Guadalajara Norte_
- _ Preparation of requirements for purchase order in ERP (Aquire) as required for tenants and facilities area._
- _ Nitrogen billing conciliation vs purchase orders' to receive in Warehouse that assure not exceed consumption balances in each purchase order._
- _ Invoice capture on the warehouse platform for the warehouse receipt process, or the receipt process when the supplier is not in person._
- _ Reception and deliveries of stationery, uniforms, general accessories for facilities staff._
- _ Reconciliations of internal or supplier account statements._
