Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Service Delivery:
    • Support the efficient execution of Regulatory product documentation and requests.
    • Manage technical and customer documents accurately and within deadlines.
    • Stay flexible to meet business needs.
  • Lead Supervision:
    • Assist the Regulatory Manager in managing team resources and performance.
    • Coordinate onboarding of new team members.
    • Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to team members.
    • Organize workload distribution and prioritize tasks for timely completion.
    • Act as a backup leader for the team when needed.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Address and resolve issues efficiently.
    • Respond to customer requests and provide regulatory support to account managers.
    • Report relevant metrics and attend business meetings as necessary.

Qualifications and Skills:

Functional Competencies:

  • Understanding of food and beverage legislation in the region.
  • Familiarity with team processes.
  • Customer Advocacy.
  • Ability to train and support junior team members.
  • Scientific and Technical Expertise.

Language Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English, additional languages advantageous.

Technical Competencies:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in SAP, Optiva, Power BI, and Salesforce.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Food Science, or related field.
  • Over 5 years of experience in the food industry, particularly in Regulatory, Quality Assurance, Production, or R&D.
  • Strong analytical and teamwork skills.
  • Effective communication and leadership abilities.

Other Requirements:

  • Strong time management skills for fast-paced environments.
  • Willingness to support operations with flexibility and overtime.
  • Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.
