What we are looking for...

We are seeking a creative and data-oriented Channel Marketing Specialist to collaborate with the Listings and Marketing team in enhancing AvantStay's 1600+ listings on over 40+ Online Travel Agencies (OTAs). This role involves focusing on revenue and demand while handling tasks such as optimizing content through SEO & keyword copywriting, as well as implementing photo order strategies. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in copywriting, channel marketing, distribution, integrations, product management/marketing, and data-driven analysis. A key requirement is being highly analytical and innovative, capable of using available tools to make strategic decisions for both teams. Prior experience in the travel/hotel/Short-Term Rental industry is essential.

What you'll do...

  • Optimize listings through copywriting and photo selection
  • Collaborate with the product team to conduct photo AB testing
  • Establish and manage tracking systems for OTA performance metrics
  • Utilize impressions and conversions data to make informed decisions
  • Represent AvantStay to our OTA account managers effectively
  • Perform market research on listing performance trends and identify new channel opportunities
  • Enhance reservation sales by leveraging in-platform promotions and features
  • Ensure price parity and commission standards are maintained across sales channels

  • Strong copywriting skills with expertise in keyword research and SEO marketing
  • Experience collaborating closely with Product and developers to devise effective testing strategies
  • Familiarity with hotel distribution strategies
  • Background in the Short-Term Rental industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Benefits

This full-time position is available for global contractors. We welcome applications from anywhere globally, with work hours aligned to Pacific Time.

The compensation for this role ranges from $7 to $10 per hour.
