You will work closely with the Onboarding team as well as CRM to leverage customer segmenation to build complex communications flows in Braze which highlight many of Rappi's offerings.
You will champion a testing first approach by consistently challenging the status quo to improve how we speak to our diverse set of customers.
You will work closely with other areas of online marketing to ensure that Rappi is speaking to new users in an effective way by constantly improving key visual deployment as well as utilizing customer segmentation to create a more personalized onboarding experience.
Partnering with commercial teams you will ensure that Rappi is offering products that are appealing to new users and highlight Rappi's value proposition.
You will help to drive key decision making with commercial teams by offering insights through data to consistently improve Rappi's offering to new users.
Alongside Product and Engineering you help make Rappi a best in class app for new users.Working closely with Product you will ensure that the app experience is effective in teaching new users how to utilize the app to capitalize on the great value Rappi brings to its customers.

Responsibilities:
- Manage onboarding marketing campaigns for a portfolio of countries at Rappi
- Leverage insights, testing and data to drive continuous campaign improvements
- Utilize Python and SQL to build ETLs to help power Onboarding processes
- Work across countries with the Onboarding team to scale best practices
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product to improve the new user experience at scale
- Team up with Marketing to effectively promote Rappi's value proposition
- Contribute to companywide strategic goalsetting and execution
¿Cuáles son los requisitos para que yo sea parte de este universo de neón?
- Experience with SQL (required)
- Fluent in English (required)
- Experience with Python (ETLs, Dataframes, Git, Matplotlib)
- Highly analytical and accustomed to analyzing large amounts of data
- Capable of presenting data and trends to different teams 3+ years of relevant experience preferably in Online Marketing or CRM
- Experience launching A/B experiments
- Administrators, economists, engineers
