About the RoleThe credit department at Revolut is far from ordinary. They are responsible for designing, developing, and launching credit products worldwide. This team oversees the entire product lifecycle, from front to back-end development, data science infrastructure, to establishing local setups in various countries with scalable risk and portfolio management solutions.
We are on the lookout for a Global Credit Card Product Manager to be the go-to expert for all things credit. Your role will involve driving product development, enhancing funnel conversion, reducing acquisition costs, and ensuring top-notch quality throughout the product and customer journey.
We need a Leader - with a capital 'L' - to take charge of product development for retail credit products, collaborating with technical Product Owners and the Engineering team. It's a challenging yet rewarding position — interested? Let's connect.
What You'll Be Doing- Setting the vision for credit card products aligning with Revolut's objectives
- Designing credit card products with a stellar customer experience, understanding the complete credit lifecycle
- Defining, prioritizing, and communicating short, mid, and long-term project goals
- Ensuring exceptional engagement in the UX domain for superior customer experiences
- Enhancing the conversion funnel and acceptance rates
- Decreasing customer acquisition costs
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction in credit card products
- Establishing trustworthy third-party partnerships
- Maintaining compliance with regulatory standards
- Hands-on experience in developing credit card products and features
- Expertise in new product design and user research
