¿Cómo será tu día a día?
- Definir y monitorear el desarrollo de productos complejos, junto con el equipo de tecnología y asegurar la entrega de valor al negocio y al usuario;
- Será responsable de definir la estrategia del producto y priorizar iniciativas basadas en métricas, brindando visibilidad al liderazgo y pares, incluida la evolución;
- Liderar procesos de descubrimiento centrados en el usuario en asociación con diseño
- Plantear varias hipótesis antes de priorizar una solución a un problema determinado, comprendiendo sus beneficios y compensaciones con un enfoque en el impacto comercial y la experiência del usuario;
- Reunir los requisitos comerciales para una nueva funcionalidad y comunicarlo al equipo claramente con un enfoque en el resultado esperado, brindando contexto al equipo.
¿A quién buscamos?
- Experiência en la entrega de productos digitales idealmente del sector financero, siendo responsable del diseño y desarrollo de la arquitectura de aplicaciones complejas, escalables y multiproducto a través de la orquestación de eventos y microservicios;
- Conocimiento de métricas de productos y mejores prácticas para construir una visión y una hoja de ruta del producto;
- Competencia con herramientas de gestión de productos y metodologías ágiles;
- Participación en la definición de OKRs para mapear puntos de mejora y ajustes a nuestros procesos.
