Actividades:
Gestión de la construcción industrial (revisar y aprobar calendarios de construcción, presentaciones, presupuestos, planos, diseños civiles y mecánicos)
Coordinar múltiples contratistas y facilitar especificaciones.
Cumplimiento de los objetivos de producción.
Entrega de instalaciones con el nível de calidad requerido por las normas mexicanas e internacionales.
Seguimiento con proveedores, parques industriales y oficinas de gobierno para asegurar que todos los permisos relacionados con construcción e infraestructura estén alineados con la ley.
Coordinación con departamento legal.Estimar costes relacionados con el diseño (equipos, materiales, mano de obra, etc. y gestión del proceso de construcción).
Investigación de equipos o instalaciones para su adquisición.
