Tech Lead que cuente con habilidades en el manejo equipos, tenga capacidad de toma de decisiones, conocimiento sólido en programación de software, prevención de riesgos y orientación a la calidad de los entregables al cliente.
Que ofrecemos:
- Liderar y mentorizar a un equipo de desarrolladores de software para entregar productos de software de alta calidad.
- Impulsar la estrategia técnica y la arquitectura para el desarrollo de nuestros productos.
- Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los propietarios de productos y las partes interesadas para definir y priorizar las características y requisitos del producto.
- Diseñar, desarrollar y probar sistemas de software para cumplir con los requisitos y especificaciones del producto.
- Asegurarse de que el equipo siga las mejores prácticas de desarrollo de software y que esté mejorando continuamente sus habilidades y conocimientos.
- Colaborar con otros equipos para garantizar la integración sin problemas de sistemas y componentes de software.
- Identificar y mitigar los riesgos y problemas técnicos que puedan afectar los plazos del proyecto o la calidad del producto
- Participar en revisiones de código y proporcionar retroalimentación constructiva a los miembros del equipo.
- Mantenerse actualizado con las tendencias de la industria y las tecnologías emergentes para mejorar continuamente nuestras prácticas de desarrollo de software.
Que valoramos:
Un Tech Lead debe contar con la capacidad para liderar al equipo, conocimiento sólido en la parte técnica, detección de necesidades del cliente, empuje para que los proyectos se lleven a cabo con calidad, en tiempo y forma.
Que necesitamos:
- Escolaridad: Lic. en Ciencias de la Computación.
- Más de 7 años con experiência comprobable en el desarrollo de software
- Más de 3 años liderando equipos
- Habilidades técnicas en diseño, desarrollo y pruebas de software.
- Experiência con prácticas y metodología de desarrollo de software (Agile, Scrum, DevOps)
