Funciones a desarrollar:
Apoyo en el manejo de la relación diaria de cuentas; Introducción diaria de los pedidos de compra de los clientes en nuestro sistema (Aproximadamente 50 pedidos al día); Apoyo en el seguimiento diario de las piezas críticas de los clientes para que puedan ser entregadas dentro de requerimiento; Coordinación diaria de los envíos de material; Cargar en el sistema del cliente toda la información relacionada con el envío y la fecha de entrega; Proporcionar a los clientes documentación diaria e información de seguimiento de los pedidos enviados; Coordinar con los planificadores para llenar los pedidos pendientes y agilizar las órdenes de compra de proveedores según sea necesario; Apoyar en las reclamaciones de calidad de los clientes y coordinar la respuesta con Calidad y Coordinador DMR.
Procesamiento de solicitudes de cotización; Iniciar Hot Sheets para Calidad y Almacén, según sea necesario; ? Revisar piezas para compra completa y compras mínimas con Supply Chain.
Habilidades y/o experiência:
Facilidad de palabra y para relacionarse; Capacidad de resolución de problemas; Atención al detalle y la precisión; Gestionar de forma proactiva múltiples tareas; Conocimiento sobre productos de tornillería (deseable); Conocimiento en el sistema Epicor P21 (deseable); Experiência en atención al cliente o planificación de materiales (deseable)
