Propósito General:


Asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos clave del departamento de herramentales mediante la administración y coordinación del turno de trabajo del cual es responsable.

Funciones:

  • Control de registros en el Área: TPM, Auditorias, Ops, etc.
  • Coordinar los cambios requeridos para lograr los objetivos diarios del departamento
  • Coordinar el seguro de Grúa viajera en el área
  • Asegurar la disponibilidad de Htls y Cajas de Corazón de acuerdo a programa de producción
  • Manejo adecuado de químicos en el área

Máquinas y Equipos involucrados:
Manejo de maquinas CNC (centros de Maquinado, Fresadoras) y maquinas convencionales.

Herramientas utilizadas:
Manejo de maquinas CNC (centros de Maquinado, Fresadoras) y maquinas convencionales.

V

Escolaridad/Habilidades requeridas:

  • Escolaridad Carrera Tecnica, Tecnico maquinas y herramientas.
  • Conocimiento sobre uso y manejo de herramientas manuales
  • Conocimientos sobre manejo de químicos Resinas, Pastas, Catalizadores, etc.
