YOUR TASKS
*Ensure timely filling of vacant positions through internal candidates having a qualifications profile that meets the requirements taking account of the corporate and human resources policy
*Cooperate in HR projects and implement the company's personnel instruments and tools
*Create internal (ISA) advertisements of vacancy in accordance with company regulations in coordination with the specialist departments
*Select appropriate recruiting tools depending on the requirements of the respective vacancy as well as application of the tools (e.g. internal advertisement of a vacancy, vacancy forum) for applicant selection.
*Participate in and organise internal recruiting events if necessary
*Fluent English
*SAP knowledge (plus)
*Administrative and Operative Recruitment Experience
*College Diploma/Degree
