PTP Process Governance SME

Which is the main objective of this role?
The PTP Process Governance SME will drive to design and monitor minimum controls KPI's/KRI's leveraging data and automation solutions

Accountabilities are as follows:

  • Plays a lead role in the Continuous Monitoring Project by designing, developing and implementating monitoring dashboards/scorecards and new control testing mechanisms.
  • Delivers detailed Master Data structure for the PTP cycle by creating MKC, SOP, STP and other documents related to the minimum key controls/monitoring activity controls
  • Drives the development, implementation, and roleout success business cases for PTP CELONIS agenda with both LATAM and Europe markets.
  • Measures and documents the benefits/targets of the CELONIS and automation implementations to replicate in other markets.
  • Build capability across sectors for others to leverage Celonis and support local projects.

Qualifications

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor ́s Degree in Business, Accounting or Audit.
  • Understanding of the PTP cycle
  • In depth experience of PepsiCo business process across snacks and beverage businesses
  • Signficant experience of working with internal controls
  • Experience working with data analytics or automation tools
  • Ability to interact and discuss technical and business requirements with development teams
