Profile:

Recently graduated from any related Bachelor ́s Degree or maximum 2 year confirmed experience in any of the areas.

Proficient in Microsoft Office package.

Strategic Purchases and Supply Network Operations (SNO) are critical fields within the Product Supply organization.

The roles are dynamic and involve leading all aspects of the movement of raw materials, finished product and cash between P&G sites and those of our customers and suppliers, guaranteeing a challenging learning environment across industries and sectors.

As Purchases, Customer Service & Logistics Manager you will:
Analyze sourcing markets and build industry knowledge.
Integrate and collaborate with cross-functional business teams.
Look for new technologies and advise your internal business partners with innovative solutions and providers.
Influence individuals both externally and internally and build the right relationships to deliver excellent results.
Develop and implement the sourcing strategies (industry and supplier analysis, biddings, negotiations, commercial agreements)
Ensure Internal Controls compliance related to purchases activities and accurate segregation of duties.

Design and implement projects that build sales via: Superior Availability at Store, at reduced Supply Chain Costs and Cash for Customer + P&G.

Responsible for order management synchronization projects that will enable simplification and automation on our supply chain.
Manage central order management process.
Lead Customer Service. Excellent Service as Measured by Customer and make P&G the undisputed #1 Preferred Supplier.
Lead logistics solutions & product initiatives implementation though an end to end, agile and efficient supply chain.

Job Qualifications Live in Mexico City and able to work in Interloma's General Offices or live in Monterrey. Recently graduated from any Bachelor ́s Degree or maximum 2 year confirmed experience in the areas, is desirable.

Strong communication skills with a customer service orientation / attitude Travel Availability:

Sometimes, it is needed to work directly with the customer at their office or Distribution Center Team orientation, "can-do "attitude and ability to deliver breakthrough results.

Operate with technical excellence while collaborating effectively with others. Strong leadership, innovation, and interpersonal collaboration skills. Proficiency in English (written and spoken). Ownership & Accountability – High level of capability for independent work, Self Starter (be able to handle onboarding quickly).
