Position Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment using top-notch technology.
- Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers in navigating Uline's website and online ordering.
- Become an expert on products and solutions. We'll provide you with the knowledge to answer product, pricing, and shipping inquiries quickly and confidently.
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Prior customer service experience is beneficial, but we will train you to deliver excellent service to our customers.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, both verbally and in writing.
