Job Title: Global Quality Manager

Introduction to Role:
Join us as a Global Quality Manager in our Operations team, where you will be responsible for the enrolment, periodic verification, and removal of materials from the Certification program. This role is pivotal in ensuring compliance with Global quality management systems for the benefit of supply chain sustainability. You will also be responsible for key initiatives/projects in collaboration with global key partners of Supplier Quality, Quality Control, Quality Systems and Pharmaceutical Development that directly support execution of material Certification.

Accountabilities:
As a Global Quality Manager, your responsibilities will include authoring and reviewing Certification reports, supplier quality verification, deviation investigations, quality issue management and customer concern. You will maintain schedule adherence for all certification subprocesses, lead change control, SOPs, and LEAN initiatives to simplify and standardize processes. You will also be responsible for Quality Risk Assessment and collaborating with AZ Sites to achieve schedule adherence. Your role will also involve facilitating process and system improvements via voice of customer, archiving certification documentation as the need arises, and handling internal deviations in deviation system.

Essential Skills/Experience:

Bachelor's degree in a science / technical field such as Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry or Engineering Strong proven knowledge of cGMPs, Quality Systems and the pharmaceutical supply chain environment. Strong understanding of industry standards such as Pharmacopoeia, ISO standards, etc. Excellent oral and written communication skills [English and local language(s)] Ability to work independently under their own initiative. Ability to travel nationally and internationally as required approximately 10% of their time. Desirable Skills/Experience: Multi-site / multi-functional experience Confirmed experience in Quality Control
