El empleado es responsable de la actualización y cumplimiento del Anexo 24. Coordinación en general de las actividades diarias de Importación y Exportación, facturación, coordinación logística.

Apoya el cumplimiento de las regulaciones gubernamentales US / MX:
NOM'S, TLC's, Prosec, R8va's, Cofepris, FDA, entre otros, en conjunto con el área de cumplimiento. Cumple con los métricos y colabora a cumplir los objetivos establecidos del departamento.

Qué harás (deberes laborales)

  • Elaboración de inventario físico en planta de Maquinaria y Equipo.
  • Responsable del control de todos los activos fijos, documentos, base de datos e identificación y localización de estos, actualización en sistema de Anexo 24 (I-Xport) Además de involucrar a finanzas para su etiquetado y registros en libros contables.
  • Actividades relacionadas con el control de inventario e integridad de la base de datos, en conjunto con el área de cumplimiento.
  • Coordinación en general de las actividades diarias de Importación y Exportación: facturación, actividades de tráfico y de envíos al extranjero.

Tipo de trámites de pedimentos a manejar:
IN, RT, AF, V1, A1, A3, F4, F5 entre otros.

  • Correcta interpretación de los beneficios aplicables para la disminución y/o eliminación de arancelesDuties: TLC, Prosec, R8va's.
  • Apoya el Cumplimiento de las Regulaciones Gubernamentales US / MX: NOM'S, Cofepris, FDA, entre otros, en conjunto con el área de cumplimiento.
  • Administrar el archivo físico y electrónico de todas las operaciones de comercio exterior.
  • Responsable de llevar reportes y métricos de las actividades del área de manera diaria, semanal y mensual. Cumpliendo en todo momento con la actualización y entrega en tiempo.
  • Realiza otras actividades asignadas o requeridas, por la Gerencia del Área.

Qué necesitará (requisitos laborales)

  • Carrera Profesional en Comercio Exterior y Aduanas y/o Logística.
  • Título Profesional.
  • Experiência de 2 a 3 años.
  • Conocimiento intermedio de Microsoft office: Excel y PowerPoint deseable.
  • Ingles intermedio.
