Propósito Principal de la posición:

Asesorar y gestionar cuentas de clientes para lograr los objetivos de venta interna/externa, asegurando un mix y volúmenes rentables para cumplir/superar las metas de la empresa.
Apoyar actividades de crédito y cobro para mantener una relación financiera saludable.
Desarrollar oportunidades de negocio para apoyar el crecimiento de la empresa.
Evaluar las necesidades de los clientes y sugerir soluciones comerciales proactivas, promoviendo relaciones confiables y a largo plazo con los clientes.
Planificar, desarrollar y apoyar estrategias comerciales en términos de precios, mezcla, canales, promoción y portafolio de productos.

Responsabilidades Principales:

Promover la venta externa, siguiendo las prioridades comerciales.
Colaborar activamente, resolviendo y previniendo problemas de Crédito y Cobranza.
Mantener una comunicación abierta y frecuente con los clientes, para favorecer negocios de ganar/ganar.
Mantener el conocimiento técnico actualizado, demostrando ser un experto en productos y procesos de GY, agregando valor a las necesidades comerciales de los clientes.
Analizar datos del mercado para apoyar acciones de ventas y marketing, desarrollando un enfoque orientado a datos, siendo capaz de detectar y capturar oportunidades de mejora.
Desarrollar relaciones a largo plazo.
Específico para Perú: Apoyar en: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF16949 según sea requerido.

Educación:

Requerido: Título universitario preferiblemente en Ingeniería, Administración de Empresas, Economía y cursos relacionados. MS Office, capaz de hacer análisis en Excel, presentaciones en PowerPoint.
Deseado: MBA o similar.

Experiencia:

Requerido: Más de 3 años de experiencia en Ventas.
Deseado: Experiencia previa en el Mercado de Neumáticos y/o Retail.

Conocimientos:

Habilidades en Ventas y Marketing.
Enfoque en objetivos y desarrollo de planificación.
Agudeza comercial.
Habilidades para trabajar en equipo.
Capacidad para equilibrar un enfoque orientado al cliente y orientado a resultados.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales.
Habilidades organizativas y de multitarea sobresalientes.
Deseado:

Específico para Perú: Conocimiento de ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF16949 según sea requerido.
Conocimiento sobre la aplicación de Core Tools (FMEA – APQP – PPAP – SPC – Plan de control).
Conocimiento en herramientas estadísticas para evaluar el sistema de medición (MSA) y evaluación de capacidades.
Uso de análisis e identificación de causa raíz (5W3L, A3, etc.).
