Requisitos:

  • Edad: 23 años en adelante.
  • Escolaridad: Licenciatura en Comunicación o Mercadotecnia.
  • Experiência mínima de 1 año con manejo de cuentas, comprobable.
  • Experiência demostrable creando estrategias/planes de comunicación online.
  • Manejo de Shopify.

Conocimientos:

  • Noción de campañas de AdWords, Google y Facebook.
  • Manejo de plataforma Canva.
  • Servicio al cliente en internet.
  • Excelente ortografía.
  • Creatividad.
  • Organización.

Funciones:

  • Interacción con usuarios.
  • Revisar constantemente cada red social para estar al tanto de comentarios/inbox o cualquier reacción en ella, manteniendo un response rate and time por encima del de la competencia.
  • Analizar constantemente a la competencia en busca de áreas de oportunidad que puedan ser aprovechadas por el equipo para beneficio de la marca.
  • Reparar redes sociales.
  • Manejo de redes sociales y sitios no convencionales.
  • Tener conocimiento y capacidad de generar reportes mensuales de desempeño orgánico de cada una de sus cuentas.
  • Generar recomendaciones con base en el comportamiento que se detecte.
  • Atención y comunicación a usuarios de grupos, comunidades, foros, etc.
  • Comunicar de forma adecuada el uso de la marca.
  • Crear y publicar contenido multimedia para redes sociales.
