About the Role

Airbnb, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Community Growth Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Community Growth team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and expansion of our Co-host marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement effective strategies to drive Co-host growth and engagement
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our Co-host community and their needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to pilot new projects and initiatives that support Co-host growth
  • Analyze program performance and insights to inform strategic decisions
  • Develop and maintain a community forum to increase reach and feedback loops for program, product support, and community support
  • Execute workshops, events, webinars, partnerships, and other channels to build an integrated strategy

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in Sales, Business Operations, or Business Development in Tech, Real Estate/Property Management, or Travel
  • Proven ability to drive growth and own growth OKRs while exceeding goals
  • Strong project management skills and demonstrated experience leading strategic programs and processes
  • Ability to forecast, model, and optimize growth tactics based on known and unknown performance
  • Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills with strong business acumen
  • Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models
  • Enthusiastic and creative leader with the ability to inspire others
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty and ambiguity
