Lead the Operations Analytics team in designing and implementing data-driven solutions that provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making, increase operational efficiency, and drive business growth.
Job responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business intelligence strategy that aligns with the overall organizational goals
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of data dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support business decisionmaking
- Manage a team of BI developers, analysts to ensure timely delivery of highquality reports and insights
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams such as finance, sales, and marketing to identify key business challenges and opportunities and provide datadriven solutions
- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data sources used for BI and data analytics purposes
- Stay uptodate with emerging trends and technologies in the business intelligence and data analytics field and recommend new solutions as appropriate
- Develop and maintain data models to support business intelligence reporting and analytics
- Create and deliver adhoc reports, dashboards, and visualizations to meet the needs of the business
- Ensure the security and privacy of sensitive data assets and comply with data governance policies and regulations
- Mentor and coach the BI team to foster their professional development and enhance their skills and capabilities
