Considera tu siguiente paso de carrera como Customer Care Analyst en el departamento de Social Media de Unlimited Vacation Club.
En esta posición serás responsable de atender solicitudes de socios, prospectos y colleagues a través de medios digitales, así como la creación de contenido para las diferentes plataformas.
Principales responsabilidades:
- Atención a clientes a través de las distintas plataformas
- Reporte de listening
- Llenado del log de Social Care y elaboración de dashboard de KPIs
- Creación de contenidos
- Reportes mensuales
Requisitos:
- Licenciatura en mercadotecnia, comunicación o carrera afín.
- Inglés avanzado
- Al menos 2 años de experiência en atención a clientes y redes sociales Conocimiento de plataformas en redes sociales (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TripAdvisor)
- Conocimiento de manejo de crisis de marca
- Disponibilidad de viajar nacional e internacional
Ofrecemos:
Sueldo mensual: 20600 pesos brutos + Prestaciones de ley
Horario:
sábado a miércoles de 11am a 8 pm
Modalidad de trabajo hibrida
