Acerca del Rol:
Si te apasiona trabajar en el área de cadena de suministro y buscas un rol de Customer Service Support en el que puedas ser parte esencial del negocio, en las oficinas corporativas de Ferrero podrías encontrar ese desarrollo profesional que estás buscando Esta es una oportunidad para convertirte en responsable del proceso administración de las ordenes emitida por el cliente, garantizando el suministro, facturación y entrega en tiempo y forma de acuerdo a los lineamientos establecidos por Ferrero.
Principales Responsabilidades:
- Serás responsable de analizar y administrar las órdenes de compra para su suministro, cubriendo los porcentajes de entrega mínimos establecidos y de acuerdo a vigencia.
- Administrarás y suministrarás conforme a rutero.
- Gestionarás la sustitución de códigos obsoletos por los vigentes, basado en la disponibilidad de inventario (ATP).
Solicitarás desbloqueos de pedidos con excedente en el límite de crédito al área de CYC e informando al regional / vendedor del pedido/ cadena.
Coordinarás y programarás con los clientes que requieran cita con base a ruteo y vigencia.¿A quién estamos buscando?:
- Licenciatura en Administración o Ingeniería Industrial.
- Experiência mínima de 2 años desempeñando roles como Servicio a cliente, Administrador de órdenes y/o afín.
- Conocimiento en paquetería office: Excel, Word, Power Point.
- Competencias de: Gestión del Cambio, Integración Organizacional y Logro de resultados.
