Customer Service for OES customers

Job Description
  • Receive and manage the demand of OES, Unipoint and Intercompany purchase orders via SAP-System and email. Ensure orders align with agreed terms; communicate any discrepancies promptly to customers.
  • Plan and monitor material requirements as per OES customer ODCs. Coordinate with suppliers and address any deviations. Maintain inventory levels as per Sales department's objectives. Facilitate the sale of slow-moving items with OES Sales Executives' assistance.
  • Handle invoicing and resolve customer issues related to OES, Unipoint, and Intercompany transactions. Collaborate across the supply chain to meet invoicing deadlines.
  • Prepare reports for Management and Director's analysis and decision-making.
  • Offer logistics information support to OES customers. Accompany Sales team on customer visits.
  • Assist with collections and evaluate supplier performance, implementing corrective actions when required.

Qualifications

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, Communication, Marketing, International Trade, or Industrial Engineering.

Languages: Proficient in both Spanish and English.

Systems: Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and SAP.

Experience: Hands-on experience in commercial administration, order management, credit and debt handling, account reconciliation.

Skills: Demonstrated accountability, result-driven approach, proactive attitude, strong motivation, collaborative mindset, detailed-oriented, customer-centric focus.
