Remote Sales And Client Follow-Up Specialist

Description:
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients to promote our products/services.
- Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for reaching sales targets.
- Stay up
- to
- date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with clients.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and client feedback to management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and remotely with mínimal supervision.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
