Remote Sales and Client Follow-up Specialist (Mexico)

Description:

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients to promote our products/services.
  • Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for reaching sales targets.
  • Stay up
  • to
  • date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with clients.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and client feedback to management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales or customer service roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely with mínimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
