As an Associate Director, Infrastructure & ISC Portfolio Management Lead, you will be responsible for provide enterprise leadership for investment management practices, relevant LPM concepts and a structured approach to continuous reviews of the investment Mix.

The Global Information Technology Centers are focused on being a stronger business partner, aligned to deliver on the technology needs and maintaining global support and shared expertise to advance digital capabilities across the enterprise.

What you'll be doing

  • Drive scope and requirements gathering, option analysis and design of endtoend business processes & business solutions
  • Proactive issue & risk management
  • Definition of project plans including the identification of key project activities, business & project resource requirements and critical path
  • Tracking of project portfolio agreed targets
  • Lead portfolio ensuring scope is managed, objectives are met, and an appropriate level of detail is applied on communication
  • Coordinate lineofsight of crossportfolio initiatives and dependencies

What you'll bring

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 10 or more years of experience
  • Experience in managing upward among senior leadership.
  • Experience leading diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and leadership skills, with the ability to develop and communicate program objectives and maintain alignment with the business strategy.
  • Ability to develop programs and deliver them within financial and resource constraints.
  • Ability to make tough decisions, solve problems, and show initiative while working under pressure.
  • Proven experience in portfolio management in an IT environment
  • Strong understanding of technology investment strategies and risk management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
