Responsabilidades:


Responsable de realizar de forma eficaz las siguientes actividades del grupo de Calidad y sistema de gestión en cuanto a costo, seguridad, mejora continua y cumplimiento de especificaciones de producto libre de defectos para el cliente.

Todas las actividades deben estar óptimamente alineadas con la política de calidad y objetivos de la empresa. Responsabilidades adicionales pueden ser asignadas.

  • Diseñar e implementar planes de inspección, planes de control y auditorías a los productos para garantizar que se cumplan los objetivos de calidad del producto.
  • Establecer, definir, implementar, mantener e informar sobre las medidas y estándares clave de desempeño de aseguramiento de la calidad.
  • Liderear la investigación de las no conformidades y quejas de los clientes, realizar análisis de la causa raíz, implementar acciones correctivas y monitorear el progreso y las mejoras.
  • Impulsar la mejora continua a través de la comunicación y la formación sobre estándares de calidad, requisitos y mejores prácticas.
  • Crear y mantener documentación del sistema de calidad, como manuales de calidad, procedimientos e instrucciones de trabajo relacionados a su área.
  • Elabora planes de muestreo y desarrolla formularios e instrucciones para registrar, evaluar y reportar datos de calidad y confiabilidad.
  • Aplica métodos de control de proceso estadístico (SPC) para analizar datos para evaluar el proceso actual y los cambios del proceso.
  • Mantiene un conocimiento práctico de los códigos y estándares de calidad gubernamentales e industriales.
  • Coordina la revisión continua del estado válido de los procedimientos y políticas del SGC.
  • Conocer y aplicar la normativa relacionada con NIOSH, FM, CE marking, ISO 9001 & ISO 13485.

Educación/Experiência

  • Graduado en Ingeniería Industrial
- +3 años de experiência como ingeniero de calidad y/ó en sistemas de gestión de calidad.

  • Experiência en la fabricación de películas plásticas (preferentemente).
  • Conocimiento de herramientas de calidad (8D's/CAPA, Planes de muestreo, SPC, DOE, R&R, MSA, Validación de Procesos, Validación de Métodos de Prueba, Kappa test, Calibración, auditorias de proceso).
  • Conocimiento de la normativa HACCP, ISO 22000, ISO 9001, ISO 1348
  • Conocimiento de Microsoft office (access, power point, word, excel)
  • 6 sigma cinturón verde (preferentemente)
  • Auditor interno del sistema de gestión de calidad
  • Bilingüe Ingles/Español
  • Minitab
  • Experiência en transferencia/arranque de nuevos proyectos
