We are currently hiring a
remote Service Desk Level 1 Analyst

_ What will you be doing as a Service Desk Analyst?_

  • Ensuring excellent service standards and maintaining high customer satisfaction
  • Performing enduser technical support, troubleshooting, and tuning for enduser hardware and systems, peripheral hardware (ie, printers/copiers, etc.), and initial triage for client network environments
  • Using Active Directory administration
  • Analyzing and recommending alternative solutions to meet the customer needs
  • Mobile Phone Support

_What are the requirements?_

  • Experience supporting and administration of VPN clients
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Windows 10 and Office 365 troubleshooting
  • Basic understanding of SharePoint
  • Experience using ticketing software such as ServiceNow, Cherwell, or Remedy
  • High school diploma, college graduates preferred

_What is the location, shift, and pay?_

  • Monday
  • Friday, 8am 5pm CST
  • 15K pesos monthly
