Jornada de medio tiempo:

  • Recepción de equipajes.
  • Documentación de pasajeros.
  • Apoyo a pasajeros sin formato migratorio.
  • Apoyo a retirar pasajeros de las salas de abordaje que no pudieron volar.
  • Recepción de vuelos.
  • Apertura de puertas del avión.
  • Entrega de formatos migratorios.

Jornada de tiempo completo:

  • Apoyar con el proceso de check in de pasajeros en kioscos.
  • Atender a los pasajeros en el lobby para canalizarlos a las filas correspondientes.
  • Apoyar en la entrega y verificar que los formatos de migración y aduana del pasajero se encuentren perfectamente llenados y requisitados.
  • Brindar asistencia a los pasajeros y clientes ante dificultades.
  • Dirigir a los pasajeros hacia migración.
  • Acompañar a los clientes a la aduana para recoger su equipaje.
  • Escoltar a menores que viajen solos (sin acompañante) hasta entregarlos con los padres o tutores.
  • Reportar cualquier incidencia a su jefe inmediato.

Ofrecemos:


Jornadas laborales de 4 horas y 9.5 horas diarias (de lunes a domingo con dos días de descanso entre semana).

Salario base, prestaciones de ley y superiores.

Agradable ambiente de trabajo.

Requisitos:

Amplia disponibilidad para rolar turnos.

Excelente actitud de servicio al cliente.

Inglés fluido conversacional del 80%.

Contar con su documentación oficial vigente.

Disponibilidad para contratación inmediata.
