We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at FedEx Express Latin America and Caribbean Division. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service via phone, email, and in-person
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Process customer transactions and resolve payment issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of customer interactions

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous customer service experience in a service environment or 18 months experience as a Service Agent
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and human relations skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Fluent in English as determined by the results of the TOEIC exam
