Supply Planning Analyst - Global Trainee Program


El GTP es un programa de liderazgo con duración de 2 años que busca desarrollar jóvenes para convertirse en futuros líderes de la compañía.

Se trata de un esquema de alto rendimiento en el que los GTs, además de tomar la responsabilidad de un puesto de tiempo completo en alguna de las áreas de la compañía, complementan su formación con los siguientes pilares:

  • Rotación. El GT estará al menos 6 meses en un área distinta (Supervisor/actividades distintas)
  • Proyecto de alto impacto que será presentado ante la alta dirección y le permitirá trabajar/interactuar con distintos departamentos de la compañía
  • Evaluación/retroalimentación constante. Los GTs contarán con evaluaciones semestrales
  • Capacitación. Los GTs tienen una serie de cursos (elearning, MOOCs, cursos presenciales) para conocer de los procesos/productos más importantes de Tenaris además de cursos manageriales
  • TenarisUniversity Induction Camp (TUIC). Estancia de 2 semanas en Argentina donde los GTs de todo el mundo se reúnen para aprender de los procesos más relevantes, conocer al CEO de Tenaris y otros Directivos, y fortalecer su networking

Principales responsabilidades de la posición:

  • Updates a supply plan aligned with the Commitment to Deliver (CTD) as defined by Commercial Front End (CFE) in order to ensure the consolidated view of the region business.
  • Is involved in the Demand Planning Integrated Cycle, wherever required, giving necessary input, support and analysis for reaching Commitment to
  • Deliver (CTD) and Commitment to Supply (CTS) levels considering the available resources.
  • Gives input to and assists the CFE in order to solve critical supply issues along the Supply Chain.
  • Executes the replenishment within the Integrated Planning Cycle, in coordination with Demand Planning area.
  • Is involved in the supply process to ensure that all the activities required to have the material RFD in the region are performed according to plan.
  • Has readily available the necessary information on the status of the orders and interacts with IT and the source areas in case of missing or anomalous information.
