El Analista Sénior de Apoyo de Operaciones es un puesto de nível intermedio a cargo de brindar servicios de apoyo de operaciones, incluyendo lo siguiente: mantenimiento de documentación/registros, almacenamiento y obtención de registros, mantenimiento de cuenta, aspecto y apertura de cuentas en coordinación con el equipo central de Operaciones.

Además, el Analista Sénior de Apoyo de Operaciones es el enlace entre el personal de operaciones, los gerentes de relaciones, gerentes de proyecto, custodios y clientes.

El objetivo general de este rol es brindar apoyo de operaciones cotidianas en cumplimiento de los procesos y la infraestructura de apoyo de operaciones de Citi.


Responsabilidades:

  • Realiza evaluaciones profundas de operaciones básicas y procesos comerciales, procedimientos familiares, normas de la industria para negocios admitidos a fin de identificar y resolver problemas complejos.
  • Influye en decisiones a través del asesoramiento y los consejos, como también facilitar servicios para otros en el área.
  • Sirve como experto analítico o en procedimientos que represente a una unidad o equipo en el proceso operativo interfuncional y entregas de proyecto.
  • Colabora con múltiples equipos en todo el Departamento de Operaciones.
  • Coordina y contribuye a las iniciativas que apoyan las metas de la función de Operaciones y del negocio en general.
  • Asume el rol de liderazgo formal e informal dentro del equipo y también capacitar y entrenar a los nuevos empleados.
  • Evaluar adecuadamente el riesgo cuando se toman decisiones comerciales, demostrando una consideración particular por la reputación de la empresa y protegiendo a Citigroup, sus clientes y activos, al impulsar el cumplimiento de las leyes, las reglas y los reglamentos correspondientes, acatando la política, aplicando un juicio ético sólido en relación con el comportamiento personal, la conducta y las prácticas comerciales y escalando, administrando e informando los problemas de control con transparencia

Calificaciones:

  • Entre 5 y 8 años de experiência relevante.
  • Experiência con herramientas de contratación integrales automatizadas.
  • Dominio de Microsoft Office.
  • Capacidad y experiência en trabajo dentro de un entorno de ritmo acelerado y de alta presión.
  • Habilidades comprobadas de organización y gestión del tiempo.
  • Habilidades comprobadas de toma de decisiones y resolución de problemas.
  • Demuestra de manera constante habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal clara y concisa.

Educación:

  • Título universitario/de licenciatura o experiência equivalente.

  • Al menos 4 años de experiência en manejo de proyectos
  • Testing / Flujos de procesos operativos/ Testeo
  • Ingles 100%
  • Experiência en manejo de clientes internos
  • Seguimiento a planes de trabajo.
  • Conocimientos de conceptos financieros básicos (P&L, Gross y Net Benefit, Amortización, etc.)
  • Generación de Business Cases
  • Elaboración de Planes de Trabajo
  • Participación en implementaciones y proyectos en áreas operativas.
  • Gestión de Proyectos.
  • Coordinación y planeación integral de pruebas con equipos multidisciplinarios
  • Documentación de los procesos, escenarios y casos de prueba
  • Enlace con las áreas de negocio y tecnología a través de reportes, sesiones estatus con los focal point con el objetivo de tener visibilidad de avances y puntos que puedan detonar en riesgos al cumplimiento de actividades
